Agreement and Apple terms
These terms apply to your use of Lungsmaxing, provided by José Manuel Ramon. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
What Lungsmaxing provides
Lungsmaxing is a self-guided behavior-change companion for people leaving cannabis, nicotine vaping, or cigarettes. It provides Time on Path, baseline estimates, time-based Path Levels, Daily Presence check-ins, Urge Support activities, and an honest use history.
Lungsmaxing provides general education and behavior-change tools. It does not diagnose a condition, determine whether a substance or medication is safe for you, prescribe a quit plan, provide emergency services, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Seek qualified guidance for medical use, pregnancy, concerning withdrawal, breathing, heart, or mental-health symptoms, or if you are also planning to stop alcohol or sedatives. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support.
Estimates and progress
Time on Path is calculated from the start date stored on your device. Money, quantity, sessions, and health-related Path information are estimates or general educational milestones based on the baseline you provide and the app’s cited sources. They are not measurements, clinical findings, proof of abstinence, or guarantees of a particular result.
You are responsible for reviewing and correcting the baseline and entries you provide. Daily Presence and handled urges are reflective actions; they do not independently verify that you did not use a substance.
Subscriptions and introductory offers
Lungsmaxing offers Weekly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Both unlock the same experience: the live Path and dashboard, Daily Presence, Urge Support, local tracking and history, Home and Lock Screen widgets, and any app updates made available during the subscription. Prices and availability are shown in the app and Apple purchase sheet for your storefront.
Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day introductory free trial after selecting a plan and confirming the subscription with Apple. Apple determines eligibility. If you are eligible, the selected subscription begins immediately with no subscription charge during the trial and renews at the displayed plan price after the trial unless canceled. If you are not eligible, Apple shows the applicable price and terms before confirmation.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when applicable. The plan renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings. Lungsmaxing also provides Restore Purchases.
If access expires, Lungsmaxing keeps the locally stored journey and presents a frozen, read-only dashboard. Path and tracking interactions require renewed access; privacy, safety, support, terms, subscription management, Restore Purchases, and local-data deletion remain available. When access returns, the app calculates from the real Path start date rather than changing your Path history.
Billing, refunds, family sharing, introductory-offer eligibility, and Apple Account transaction history are administered by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Local data and device responsibility
Lungsmaxing is designed without an account or cloud synchronization. Journey data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for device access, backups, and understanding that deleting local data or the app can remove journey history. Local deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable use
You may use Lungsmaxing only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA. You may not interfere with the app’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the app to harm another person, or copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Availability and changes
The developer may maintain, correct, change, or discontinue app features, subject to applicable law and Apple’s rules. Devices, iOS versions, network availability, and Apple services can affect StoreKit, widgets, external links, and other functionality.
These terms may be updated when the product, law, or business relationship changes. A new effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Lungsmaxing is provided subject to the warranties, remedies, limits of liability, and other protections in the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
