Access

Trial or plan help

  • Restore accessOpen either Lungsmaxing access screen or Journey settings and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
  • Manage or cancelEligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. Apple determines eligibility and controls trials, renewals, billing, and cancellation in App Store account settings.
  • When access endsYour dashboard becomes a frozen preview. Your local Path is not deleted and catches up from its real start date when access returns. Privacy, safety, support, terms, subscription management, Restore purchases, and local-data deletion remain available.

Your data

Local by default

Lungsmaxing works without an account. Journey details stay in the app’s local device storage and are not sent to the developer.

Correct or delete a Path

Use Journey settings → Start a different path → Delete journey and start over to permanently delete local journey data and return to onboarding. If access is locked, Delete local data remains available on the access screen.

Deleting local data or removing the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. See the privacy policy for the full details.

Product help

Contact support

For a product issue, include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened.

Protect your privacy: do not email a recovery target, dose, personal notes, medical records, purchase receipt, password, or full Apple Account details.

Support is provided by José Manuel Ramon.

Human support

Lungsmaxing is not treatment

Lungsmaxing provides general education and behavior-change tools. Get qualified guidance for medical use, pregnancy, concerning withdrawal, breathing, heart, or mental-health symptoms, or if you are also planning to stop alcohol or sedatives.

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988 for crisis support.
